Join us in taking a look back at the Terranea Sound Series in your own living room, until it is safe to sing and dance together again.
Who wouldn’t want to spend an afternoon in the California sun, on a grassy meadow, overlooking the ocean? Add in some live music, delicious food, craft brews and cocktails, as well as a lively atmosphere, and you’ve got Terranea’s Music on the Meadows.
The annual celebration has become a special summer tradition; 2019’s event included performances by headliner Wilson Phillips, as well as Dishwalla’s J.R. Richards, and South Bay favorites Saved by the 90s and Kira Lingman & the Hollow Legs.
More than 800 guests spent their Fourth of July at the sixth installment of the highly anticipated summertime showcase, while celebrating Terranea’s 10th Anniversary.
After a lively meet and greet with VIP attendees, Wilson Phillips took the stage right before sunset, performing a variety of nostalgic songs, including some of their parents’ classic tunes from the Beach Boys and the Mamas and the Papas, to a set of their own chart-topping hits, concluding with a sing-along of their No. 1 Billboard Hot 100 iconic hit, “Hold On.”
“We are thrilled to welcome Wilson Phillips as part of an incredible lineup for this year’s Music on the Meadows, celebrating the resort’s 10th anniversary,” says Agnelo Fernandes, Chief Strategy Officer & EVP at Terranea Resort. “The combination of unparalleled musical talent, festive food and beverages, and sweeping ocean views are what makes our annual summer celebration so special and something we are so proud to offer our guests and locals.”
